![]() This is more Bragging Rights, I killed a Game Animal 2,000Yd. This takes the Fun & Sport out of Hunting, Using the skills you gain over the years of Hunting. PS, the three photos are shot in F 22, 16 and 11 respectively. Not for me, I'm a 100yd or less shooter. I attached some photo’s here and would really appreciate if anyone would please enlighten me what those spots are actually or maybe tell me if they should be cleaned by Nikon under the warranty? Should they check the camera and sensor themselves or they could actually see it by looking at the photo’s? Now I am wondering how such inspection is actually to be carried out. If they are the results of internal lubricant leakage like from shutter, then Nikon seems agree to clean the sensor under the warranty otherwise they may not do so if such spots were the dirty dusts from outside. In their email they agreed to check the camera first and see how the spots becomes. Last week I sent out an email to Nikon Service Point for a complaint and received one “positive” reply. I contacted the local dealer on this issue who refused to clean this under the warranty but insisted that the spots are some dusts or dirty parcels from outsides(even though I told hem that no change of lens ever occurred). ![]() The lens has never been removed from the camera since the first day. Secondly if I look at those photos I shot during first two months, there were no such spots at all. Why I draw this conclusion is because that I keep using this only lens since the very beginning when I purchased the camera. After some research here I conclude that they might be the oily spots leaked inside of this camera. However I discover recently some spots on my photos. To be honest I am enjoying every minute of shooting photo’s with it though it challenges me a lots for much learning. ![]() As a beginner we bought a Nikon D7000 nearly three months ago(together with a Nikon Lens 18-200mm ED VR II) and this camera did open a new world for me. ![]()
